The Jolla C2 Community Phone is a Linux phone running Sailfish OS, made with Turkish manufacturer Reeder and sold by Finland's Jolla. As of Oct. 15, 2026 Jolla's shop lists it at €369 and sells it in limited quantities after a memory shortage. Jolla ships it only within the EU, the UK, Norway and Switzerland, and does not publish a band list for US networks. [1][2][3]

Where it is sold and how to get one
Jolla sells the C2 from its online shop. On Oct. 15, 2026 the shop listed it at €369 including tax, with the add-to-cart button active. The same page says: "We currently sell and ship Jolla C2 within the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland." (That older paragraph still shows the original €299 price; the price at the top of the page is €369.)
Supply has been tight. On Feb. 5, 2026 Jolla said the Q4/25 production batch had sold out and that, because of "exceptionally high memory prices" and long delivery times from Reeder, it had "decided not to order a new batch for now". On Feb. 28, 2026 Jolla said it had started shipping that batch and had "a limited stock now available for purchase". The shop's February 2026 update says Jolla adjusted the price and sells "in limited quantities".
Jolla does not ship to the US, and we found no importer listing for the C2. In its February post, Jolla recommended its newer Jolla Phone to new customers. [1][2]

Will it work in the US?
Jolla lists the C2's connectivity as "LTE+ (4.5G)" and says it supports 4G and VoLTE (calling over LTE, which US carriers need), but its shop and spec page do not list which LTE bands it supports. A band is a slice of radio spectrum; a phone only connects where it supports the bands a carrier uses. Jolla sells the C2 only in Europe.
Without a published band list we can't say whether it connects to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. Check with your carrier before you import one. [1][4]
Apps and Google
Sailfish OS is not Android and has no Google services. Jolla says the C2 runs "Sailfish OS 5.0 with selectable Android application support (API level 33)", meaning you can turn on a layer that runs many Android apps alongside native Sailfish apps. Jolla does not promise that every Android app works. See our Sailfish OS page for how Android app support works. [4]
Software support
Jolla promises "Long-term support with Sailfish OS updates & security fixes included free-of-charge for minimum of 5 years." The C2 shipped with Sailfish OS 5.0. Jolla's release notes for Sailfish OS 5.1.0.11 (May 2026) include the Jolla C2 among the devices it updates, and list known C2 issues such as Bluetooth sometimes going into an unusable state. [1][4][5]
What's different
Jolla calls the C2 "the reference device designed for the Sailfish community". It was built with Reeder, which Jolla says sources the components and manufactures it in Turkey, while Jolla provides the Sailfish OS software. It keeps a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a microSD slot. [1][2][4]
Questions people ask
Can I buy the Jolla C2 in the US?
Not from Jolla. Its shop says it sells and ships the C2 within the EU, the UK, Norway and Switzerland, and Jolla does not publish an LTE band list to check against US carriers. [1]
Is the Jolla C2 still sold?
Yes, in limited quantities. It sold out in February 2026; Jolla then got stock again and its shop listed it at €369 on Oct. 15, 2026. [1][2]
Does the Jolla C2 run Android apps?
Jolla lists "selectable Android application support (API level 33)" on Sailfish OS 5.0, so you can switch on Android app support. [4]
