Where it is sold and how to get one

Welio's store and its delivery policy are run by Welio Mobile Turkey Elektronik Pazarlama Ticaret Limited Şirketi, based in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. Welio says it has more than 3,000 dealers.

The T310 page on Welio's store lists it at ₺4,999 including VAT (list price ₺5,999) with free shipping, but on Oct. 15, 2026 its stock label read "Yakında..!" (coming soon). Welio's delivery policy does not mention shipping outside Turkey, and we found no seller that ships the T310 abroad. Buying one from outside Turkey means using someone there or a parcel-forwarding service; we have not tested any. [1][2][3]

Will it work in the US?

The band lists overlap; check with your carrier. A band is a slice of radio spectrum; a phone only connects where it supports the bands a carrier uses. Welio lists LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41 and 66, plus 2G on 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and 3G on 850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz.

- T-Mobile lists its 4G LTE bands as 4, 5 and 66, plus 12 and 71 for extended range. The T310 has 4, 5, 12 and 66, but not 71. - AT&T says a device must work on its 4G LTE network on "AWS, 700, 850, 1900MHz bands". The T310's list has band 5 (850 MHz) and band 2 (1900 MHz), as Welio labels them, plus band 12, which T-Mobile puts at 700 MHz, and bands 4 and 66, which T-Mobile puts at 1700/2100 MHz, the range the FCC calls AWS-1.

Having the right bands is not the same as being approved for calls on a carrier's network. Welio publishes no US carrier approval or VoLTE (voice over 4G) support for US networks, so we can't say it will make calls on any US network. See phone bands and US carriers. [1][4][5][6]

Apps and Google

The T310 is a basic flip phone, so there are no Google services and no app store. Welio's spec table lists a calendar, calculator, alarm clock, FM radio, music and video player, games, speed dial and number blocking. [1]

What's different

The outer 1.77-inch screen shows who is calling before you open the phone; Welio's FAQ says this "active cover" feature is switched on in the settings. There is an SOS key, a flashlight, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and USB-C charging. Welio says everything Welio Turkey sells has a 2-year warranty, and that orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery. [1]

Questions people ask

Welio's store lists it at ₺4,999 including VAT (list price ₺5,999) as of Oct. 15, 2026, marked "Yakında" (coming soon). [1]

Does the Welio T310 work in the US?

Its published LTE bands include 4, 5, 12 and 66, which are on T-Mobile's list, and bands in the AWS, 700, 850 and 1900 MHz ranges AT&T names, but Welio lists no US carrier approval. Check with your carrier. [1][4][5][6]

Is the Welio T310 a Turkish phone?

It is sold by Welio Mobile Turkey, an Istanbul company. Welio does not say where the phone is made. [2]
