The BQ 2410L Tank Power 4G is a chunky keypad phone from BQ, a Moscow-based Russian brand. It has a 2.4-inch screen, 4G with VoLTE calling, a 4,000 mAh battery that can charge other devices over USB-C, and a bright flashlight. BQ's official store lists it at 3,990 rubles as of Oct. 15, 2026, with one of its three versions in stock. It is a basic phone with no Google services, and its 4G bands (1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 38, 40) don't match US carriers' LTE bands. [1][2][3]

Where it is sold and how to get one

BQ says it has made appliances and electronics for more than 13 years, and its company timeline says the brand held 7% of the Russian smartphone market in 2013. Its site names the trademark owner as New Line LLC (ООО «Новая Линия») in Moscow and says production is carried out to that company's order; it does not say in which country the phones are made. BQ says it has service centers in Russia and other CIS countries and sells through retail chains and marketplaces.

BQ's official store lists the 2410L at 3,990 rubles as of Oct. 15, 2026, with one of three versions in stock and two out of stock. The store's delivery page covers delivery within Russia only. BQ's product page also links to listings on Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market and Megamarket.

We found no seller that ships the 2410L to the US. Getting one from outside Russia would mean a parcel-forwarding service or a contact in Russia; we have not tested any, and US import rules for Russian goods apply (see below). [1][2][3][4]

Will it work in the US?

Probably not on 4G. A band is a slice of radio spectrum; a phone only connects where it supports the bands a carrier uses. BQ lists 2G, 3G and 4G LTE Cat.1 on bands 1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 38 and 40.

- T-Mobile lists its 4G LTE bands as 4, 5 and 66, plus 12 and 71 for extended range. The 2410L's list has none of them. - AT&T says a device must work on its 4G LTE network on "AWS, 700, 850, 1900MHz bands", which the listed LTE bands don't cover. - BQ doesn't list the phone's 2G or 3G frequencies.

Check with your carrier before trying it. See phone bands and US carriers. [1][5][6]

Apps and Google

BQ files the 2410L under phones (Телефоны), separate from its smartphones, and names no operating system, Google services or app store for it. BQ's product page lists 4G with VoLTE calling, two SIM slots, a memory card slot up to 32 GB and a 0.3 MP camera. [1]

What's different

BQ builds the Tank Power around its battery: 4,000 mAh, with a power bank function that charges other devices from the USB-C port at 1 A. It has metal body parts, a bright flashlight and a large speaker. At 218 g and 28.5 mm thick it is much heavier and thicker than a typical keypad phone. [1]

US import rules for goods from Russia

This is not legal advice; check with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or a customs broker before importing.

- Tariffs. CBP says that under the Suspending Normal Trade Relations with Russia and Belarus Act, signed April 8, 2022, imports from Russia are subject to the "Column 2" duty rates of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), and that presidential proclamations raised Column 2 rates for certain products. The HTS lists a Column 2 rate of 35% for "Other telephones for cellular networks or for other wireless networks" (subheading 8517.14.00). The HTS defines "smartphones" (subheading 8517.13, also 35%) as cellular phones "equipped with a mobile operating system" that can download and run multiple applications; BQ names no operating system for this phone. CBP decides how an item is classified. BQ does not say where its phones are made, and CBP's rule is worded as applying to imports from Russia. - Import bans. The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) says Executive Order 14068 bans imports of certain Russian-origin products, naming fish, seafood, alcoholic beverages, non-industrial diamonds, and other products the Treasury determines. See OFAC's Russia sanctions page for the current list and rules. [1][7][8][9][10][11]
