What it is

Duoqin (多亲) is a Chinese phone maker. Its F21 Pro page markets the phone, sold as the F21 Pro and F21 Pro+ (each in white or black), as a "防沉迷学生手机" (anti-addiction student phone) with WeChat, Alipay, QR-code payments and parental controls. The page lists "安卓11系统" (Android 11), front and rear cameras for video calls, a touchscreen plus keypad, and support for wireless (TWS) and USB-C earphones.

Other features Duoqin lists: Xiao AI (小爱同学), the voice assistant from Xiaomi; an infrared remote control that "支持米家App" (works with Xiaomi's Mi Home app); four-way location (GPS, BeiDou, cell towers and Wi-Fi); and MarsQin, Duoqin's own messaging technology. [1]

Student and standard editions

Duoqin's page says the series offers "双版本可选" (two editions to choose from) when you first activate it, and warns that once you choose the student edition you can't change it. Its comparison table lists both editions only for the F21 Pro+ (which uses a Unisoc T310 chip); the F21 Pro is listed in the standard edition only:

• 学生版 (student edition): only installs apps from Duoqin's official app store; supports Qin Guard parental controls.
• 标准版 (standard edition): "无限制下载 可任意安装APP" (unrestricted downloads, install any app); also supports Qin Guard.

Duoqin doesn't list Google Play or Google services for either edition. [1]

Where it is sold and how to get one

China (official): Duoqin's site still has an F21 Pro/Pro+ product page, but its home page buy links now point only to the F22 Pro, F22 and Qin3 models; Duoqin no longer links to any store listing for the F21 Pro. We could not confirm whether any Duoqin shop still carries it, so we treat it as discontinued by Duoqin.

Outside China (third-party): On Oct. 15, 2026, the independent store qinphone.com listed the "Qin F21Pro" at $119.99 for 3 GB / 32 GB (in stock); its 4 GB / 64 GB version showed sold out. The listing says it supports the Google Play Store and lists 4G bands TDD 34/38/39/40/41 and FDD 1/3/5/7/8/20/28.

An Amazon US listing titled "Duoqin Qin F21 Pro ... United States Verison Phone Works in America" says it is "Enabled to work with American Bands 2,4,12,13,17,66,71"; on Oct. 15, 2026 it showed "Currently unavailable." Will it work in the US?

Duoqin's F21 Pro page lists 4G FDD-LTE 1/3/5/7/8, 4G TDD-LTE 38/39/40/41, 3G WCDMA 1/5/8 and GSM 3/8, for China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom (VoLTE on China Telecom).

T-Mobile's 4G LTE bands are 5, 4 and 66 plus Extended Range bands 12 and 71; AT&T lists 12/17/29, 5, 2, 4/66 and 30. Duoqin's list matches only band 5, and T-Mobile's checker rejects phones without Extended Range LTE. Expect little or no US service from Duoqin's version; check with your carrier.
