Will it work in the US?

HMD sold regional versions with these LTE (4G) bands:

VersionLTE bands
Asia (VN, BD, MM, NP, LA), EU, Russia/CIS1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20
Middle East, Africa, rest of Asia-Pacific1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41
India and China1, 3, 5, 8, 38, 39, 40, 41
Latin America1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 28, 40

T-Mobile's 4G LTE bands are 5, 4 and 66 plus Extended Range bands 12 and 71; AT&T lists 12/17/29, 5, 2, 4/66 and 30. The Latin American version has US bands 2, 4 and 5, other versions only band 5, and none has 12, 66 or 71. T-Mobile's online checker rejects devices without Extended Range LTE. AT&T says a phone "has to operate on 4G LTE network - AWS, 700, 850, 1900MHz bands" to work on its network. Coverage in the US would be limited at best; check with your carrier. [2][8][9][10][11]

Apps and Google

No Google apps and no app store. HMD lists the operating system as S30+ (Series 30+). Games and the FM radio are built in. [2]
