The Nokia 105 4G (2024) is one of HMD's cheapest 4G keypad phones: calls, texts, FM radio, Snake and a removable 1,450 mAh battery. It runs Series 30+ (S30+) feature-phone software, so there are no Google apps and no app store. HMD's UK and India stores don't list this Nokia-branded model; they sell the HMD 105 4G, which HMD lists with the same size, battery and bands (£39.99 in the UK, out of stock on Oct. 15, 2026; ₹2,599 in India). What it is

HMD (Human Mobile Devices), the Finnish licensee of the Nokia phone brand, makes the Nokia 105 4G as a basic 4G phone with "HD sound quality" calls over 4G. HMD lists a dual flashlight, FM radio, MP3 player (with a microSD card), voice recorder, Snake and room for up to 2,000 contacts. Colors on HMD's spec page are black, pink and cyan. HMD says its Cloud Apps service brings news, weather and videos.

There are three similar phones on HMD's site: the Nokia 105 4G (2023), with a 1.8-inch screen and Micro USB; the Nokia 105 4G (2024), with USB-C; and the HMD-branded HMD 105 4G, which HMD's spec page lists with the same height, width, weight, battery and bands as the 2024 Nokia model, plus a Unisoc T127 chip. Where it is sold and how to get one

On Amazon US, this Nokia 105 4G (2024) listing showed $59.00, in stock, from third-party seller Virtual-Depot on Oct. 15, 2026. The listing calls it an "International Version" and says it is "Not AT&T/Cricket/Verizon Compatible"; it says the phone "works with GSM carriers like T-Mobile." That is the seller's claim, not HMD's. Will it work in the US?

HMD publishes different LTE (4G) bands per region:

T-Mobile's 4G LTE bands are 5, 4 and 66, plus Extended Range bands 12 and 71. AT&T lists bands 12/17/29, 5, 2, 4/66 and 30. The Latin American version has US bands 2, 4, 5 and 66 but neither 12 nor 71; other versions have only band 5. T-Mobile's online checker rejects devices that can't use Extended Range LTE. AT&T says a phone "has to operate on 4G LTE network - AWS, 700, 850, 1900MHz bands" to work on its network.

So coverage on US networks will be limited, especially outside cities, and calls need VoLTE (Voice over LTE) support from your carrier for this model. HMD publishes no US carrier list. Apps and Google

There are no Google apps and no Play Store, and you can't install Android apps. HMD lists S30+ (Series 30+) as the operating system for the HMD 105 4G and the 2023 Nokia 105 4G; the 2024 Nokia model's spec page doesn't name the system. Built-in extras are Snake, FM radio, MP3 player and Cloud Apps. [2][3][9]

Does the Nokia 105 4G work on T-Mobile?

Partly. HMD's band lists include band 5 on every version, and the Latin American version adds bands 2, 4 and 66, but no version has T-Mobile's Extended Range bands 12 or 71, which T-Mobile's checker asks for. Check with T-Mobile using the IMEI. [1][13][15]

What is the difference between the Nokia 105 4G (2024) and the HMD 105 4G?

HMD's spec pages list the same height (126.07 mm), width (50.5 mm), weight (92.99 g), 1,450 mAh removable battery and band lists. The HMD 105 4G page adds a Unisoc T127 chip and S30+; HMD now sells the HMD version in the UK and India. [1][3]
